Leadership plays an important part in the success of any organisation. In the absence of effective leadership no organisation can work efficiently. As one grows older and starts working in groups, leadership takes a shape. A leader leads by his/her intelligence, skills, and charm and lays the foundation for his team’s performance and path to success.

In any field, right from classroom activities to battling with odds at the workplace, the leader can make all the difference in the performance of his team. Hence it is extremely important for students to get a practical training in this area.Various group activities of our students give them an opportunity to exercise leader’s role.
