A culture of research provides an environment in which research is openly discussed, supported and valued. It requires both institutional leaders and the researchers to set clear research goals, communicate them effectively and excute accurately.

Faculty members need to maintain scholarly activities, including conducting
research and publishing it in reputed journals. Emphasis on effective faculty contact with students is one of the important criterion for developing research culture successfully. The participation by faculty as well as students in all sorts if scientific activities needs to be on a higher scale.

Mentoring programs by experienced faculty members having research skills, help to develop research completance in young researchers.

We have initited the same at our institute. One such research mentoring session that took place recently.
